What You Need to Know

Here are some quick FAQ's to help you feel at ease before you arrive.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 15 minutes early.  You can check in your kids, mingle, greet other members, and find a seat before the service begins.

What can I expect during worship?

Expect a warm atmosphere with a mix of modern and classic worship music and a hopeful, practical message directly from the Word of God.

What about my children?

Our Kingdom Kids ministry provides a safe, fun, and age-appropriate space for your children to ask questions & learn more about our faith and the Word.

Is your campus accessible?

Yes! Our entire campus in Macon is fully accessible, including designated parking and seating areas within the sanctuary.

What happens after service?

Join us in the lobby for a quick hello! We'd love to meet you and thank you personally for visiting.

What should I wear?

You are free to wear what you have; we just ask that it be appropriate. You'll see everything from jeans and t-shirts to business casual.

Will I be asked to stand up or introduce myself?

We won't single you out or make you stand up. You can remain as anonymous as you'd like while you check us out.

Where do I park?

We have guest parking right near the main entrance. Just look for our friendly parking team when you pull into the campus.

What do I need to bring?

Just yourself! If you like taking notes, feel free to bring your Bible, a journal or use your phone.

How can I get connected?

See a leader after service, or fill out a Connect Card. You can also sign up online here. We'll help you find a group or area to serve that fits your life.

We Love Families!

At The Welcome Center Church, kids and students aren't just the future—they are a vital part of our church family right now. We prioritize safety, fun, and creating environments where the next generation can encounter Jesus and build real community.

Kingdom Kids

Designed for children from birth through 5th grade, Kingdom Kids provides a safe, engaging space for children to learn about God's love. Our secure check-in system and background-checked volunteers ensure peace of mind for every family.

Students

Our middle and high school students meet to grow in their faith through deep conversations, worship, and authentic relationships. We empower students to lead and find their unique purpose in God's Kingdom.
